Insecto is an individual company registered by Benoit Daoust, a multi-disciplinary freelancer.  It's mission is to develop, democratize and promote urban entomoculture in a manner that's plural, accessible, creative and participative.  Insecto wants to help you get started with your edible insect farm so that you can be autonomous in your production at a minimal cost with no bad surprises.  To reach this goal, Insecto also offers workshops to teach you how to raise insects, how to transform them into food, and reasons to do it.  For large scale projects needing special expertise Insecto won't hesitate to call onto some of it's many partners.
